Two more...

We had a secret agent theme, I decided to play with Logic’s Studio horns as I have in the past. They’re fun.

The following week we had a fun exercise where everyone submitted a noun and an adjective to a bot which then randomly assigned combinations of those submissions to each participant. Mine was “Colossal Lava”.

Why not be two months behind

So i have a batch of songs, I just forgot to post them!

Also, in theory This Complete Breakfast will be performing on 9/5 at Dingbatz in Clifton NJ - though that might be in 2021 instead of 2020. I will update as events warrant. On to the tracks:

First we had a theme of ‘Deep Learning’ back on 5/3:

The week after that we had a theme of ‘Bamboo’:

The following week the theme was ‘Boredom’:

Then we had a theme of ‘Crickets’. Special K thinks TCB should perform this one live:

To celebrate the successful launch of the SpaceX Dragon our theme was ‘The New Era’:

The next week, the theme they gave us was "‘Painkiller’.

And finally we had a Masquerade-style theme where the idea was to submit our tracks anonymously and see if anyone could guess the artist. No one guessed mine probably because I went full “technosadist” on this one.

I’d promise not to forget to update for two months like this again… but we both know that’s a lie.

I'm always like, a week behind on these

Every week when I finish 2HTS I think, “I should upload this track” and then a week goes by and as I’m setting up for the next 2HTS I think, “Why the heck didn’t I post last week’s track?” So here it is. The theme was ‘Pothole’:

I googled what the police code for a ‘fatal accident’ was and the list I saw said ‘20F’ so that’s the provenance of the title.

You'd think I'd have more time to update this

I had the brilliant idea to use a drum machine on last week’s track… but when i was done, with almost no time remaining, I realized that it didn’t fit at all. You can hear it at the beginning and end, in between i threw in some live drums that only got one take. The them was ‘wrinkles’.
