I feel like i’m in a rut. Maybe next week it’s all gunna be horns… Oh, the theme was Philosopher

We had a theme of ‘Samurai’… I’ve been studying Japanese since mid-May but may pronunciation is dreadful (and the grammar isn’t that good either). I was only able to get the chorus, the verses are in English.

The weather was nice enough that I decided to use the AC30 since i didn’t have air conditioners making a bunch of noise. The theme was ‘Prophecy’.

No issues this week. I didn’t want to fart around with streaming because i wanted to use ALL THE PLUGINS… we had a theme of Chernobyl. I think it was too muddy but i ran out of time mixing and just had to run with it.

OK bit of a wild week, we had to come up with a theme on our own because of Euro-cup or something. Anyway we ended up with The Ultimate Explosion as a theme and I decided, stupidly, to build a song around an arpeggiated bassline rather than play the bass. This is a mistake I shall not repeat in the future.
