Apparently I forgot how to play guitar and drums and bass and most importantly completely lost my speed-mixing abilities. We had a special theme, after a game i wound up with the theme “Freedom”. I might not be doing electronica for 2HTS until I get these skills back.

But still a little rough. This was Circuit Tracks, TD-3 and OP-1, then i layered in a couple vocals using the OP-1 to control a VT-4. I’m getting there slowly…

The OP-1 is not an instrument that lends itself to 2HTS, you have to approach it more deliberately so to that end, I’m using a Novation Circuit Tracks into a Korg Volca Kick and a Behringer TD-3 (a 303 clone). The theme was Jigsaw Puzzle and I did my best to create Acid House.

Live DJ-ing with synths and such? I’m trying it out, so i have a circuit tracks controlling a couple volcas and to get a feel for how it even sounds live. The theme was ‘bulletproof’.

All the mics and such were set up in the room where TCB normally rehearses, so I decided to record the guitars, drums and bass down there. The theme we got was ‘The Blade’. I didn’t skip last week, it’s just the nonsense i made with the OP-1 wasn’t preserving even by my almost non-existent standards.
